- Do not claim the art as your own! Make sure to credit me here or on my toyhouse (joolianjay). Please also do not edit the piece in any way!
- Once the design is bought, it's yours. You can make whatever changes AS LONG AS it's not anything problematic.
- You cannot use the art nor the character design for NFTs or any other crpytocurrency project.
- You can regift or retrade if you want, you can ONLY resell if you pay with USD/Points and you can only resell for the amount you bought the adopt for.
- If I accept art/a character design from you, I will wait two weeks before putting the adopt back up on the market- I will contact you about 3 days before that happens. You can ask for a week extension if you need one but I'll only give one!
