From a modern-set DnD campaign, rogue class, true(neutral) good  alignment, totally human 100%(She's not, she's half mermaid, and her  mermaid tail is based off of this image of a neon damselfish)
Modern-set campaign where magic/mystical creatures are more like, underground/not really well known. If you can do magic you don't in public, if you're non-human you try to hide it etc...

Law student and part-time barista. She just wants people to be their  best selves, and is always up to help them achieve that! Her weapon of  choice is a talking sword named Slicer(last name is Dicer).

She's highly charismatic but low STR, aged 23, 5'10" tall
Plays badminton, hoards fancy teas, and her adoptive moms(Marsha and Shelley) are fishermen from Newfoundland(They found her as a baby just left on their fishing boat one stormy night, and decided  she was theirs)
Has an older brother(5 years older) named Laike, he's a human bard who would preform magic publicly under the guise of "sleight of hand" and parlour tricks. One night he went a little overboard and injured an audience member(like in a third degree burns kind of injure). Is in jail.
Brooke knows that Laike's in jail for injuring someone, but believes if he didn't have to hide his magic the incident may not have happened in the first place.

She's a law student because she wants to have the power to make things like magic more accepted in the public eye(took it up specifically because of her brother)

Her hair is naturally pale blonde, but dyes it + her eyebrows. She wanted to have long traditionally feminine hair, but growing it out found it was too much maintenance, so shaved it off + dyes it pink instead.
