Ascelin Enos Inclementia

The world is an undisturbed dream, an illusion which allows mortal men to live their lives considering only other men to be their only danger. To ensure the blissful ignorance of those whom think themselves above all other beings, are those known as Harvesters. Creatures, vile and obscene lurk amongst the shadows cast by man and their ill intent. Within each beast, likes a heart of deviant intention. Said hearts are collected and returned to the place from which the beasts had once come, a dimensional pocket where there is nothing but endless night. Ascelin, is one of said Harvesters. Despite being a hunter of beasts, beings like her are made Harvesters through the consumption of these organs. Those of pure ambition and aim, are more than able to consume these hearts and live to the speak of it. Reborn from the souls that they once were, to those that they are now. As such, Ascelin, in the form to which she is now, is also a product of this endless night. Elegance incarnate, viscious and percise. Despite the prowess and demeanor she expresses, she is of a reasonable sort. Well-versed, more often than not well mannered, and gentle interior. Ascelin is loyal to the cause, and despite the shortcomings of man, finds there are plenty of people doing their best to live well. Wielding a golden axe, she is ruthless to all foul beasts that roam with the intent to bring man harm. The chime of her bells a dirge, a lullaby to send all monsters back to the space of endless night.
