Primrose was once a regular filly that lived with her mother, her father died a couple years ago due to an illness that was fatal. Her mom was dealing with depression because of this, but she tried to get through it and take care of her daughter. One day Primrose didn't make it home from school, nobody saw her after school was over and was reported missing. Weeks later her body was found with several stab wounds to the chest and her head was missing.
3 years after her body was discovered and an investigation started, it became a cold case and had to be closed because they were never able to find the murderer. Her mother Lily Livered completely broke after her daughter's death. She became very isolated when her daughter's case was closed, she shut herself away from everybody. She felt like there was nothing for her. She lost her family. One day after she had to go out and get food she saw something glowing in an alleyway, it looks like a pegasus with four wings, wings in place of where ears would be, and a Halo hovering their head. It was an angel, this gave Lily an idea (my head came in for Angels is that they have the ability to bring back people from the dead, but the ones who are asking for those lives to be returned to the living world have to exchange something that is equal to these lives. They also can't be terrible people).
Lily walked over to the angel and begged them to bring back her daughter and husband, she would do anything in order to get them back. She wanted her family back more than anything in the world. This angel went by the name of Poppy Mango, she agreed to revive her family but she couldn't revive them both at once she would only do it one at a time. Lily asked for Primrose to be revised first, as she didn't deserve to die at such a young age. Poppy told her that she had to give up her reproductive system in exchange for Primrose to be revived. Lily agreed and the flash of light appeared. Once it faded away, Lily felt pain in the lower part of her waist. She could see a silhouette facing her 10 feet away from her and Poppy. But something was off. The silhouette disappears to show the outline of a head. When the silhouette got closer and the light from Poppy was able to have Lily be able to see the figure, she gasped in horror. The figure was similar to Primrose, but her fur until colors were dulled down, her head was still missing, an eyeball placed on her chest, and a mouth with razor sharp teeth placed at the top of the neck. This was not Primrose at all, this was her corpse but reanimated and altered to have this eye and mouth, the corpse called out to their mother. All sh could really do was cry.
Poppy looked at her annoyed, saying "What, this is what you wanted." Poppy then talks about what she needs to exchange in order to revive her husband. Lily looked at her anger, and replied "No! You are not reviving anyone else. This is not my daughter." The corpse's eyeball watered and tears dripped off and landed on the ground, her own mother didn't want her. Poppy shrugged Lily off "I don't know what you were expecting from me, I never said that your daughter was going to look the way she was before her death. You mortals are pathetic." And with the flash of light appearing and fading away after a few seconds Poppy is nowhere to be seen. Lily looks at the corpse for a second, disgusted, and runs away as fast as she could. The corpse called for her, and started running after her. But the second movie turned a corner and she flew away into the sky, the corpse watched as her mother flew away. The corpse returned back into the alleyway and sobbed.
Sadly what Lily Livered didn't know was that Poppy was a corrupted angel, and this was not the first time she was asked to revive someone. Primrose was later found by another person who was revived by Poppy and taken in by them. They became her foster parent, and helped her make a new head so she would be able to interact with people
