  • Make adjustments
    • You are free to modify the original designs, so long as the original design can still be identified. Changes should not completely alter the fundamental appearance or character of the design.
  • Resell at original price + added value
    • You may resell the designs at the price you purchased them for. If the design includes additional art that you paid for or created yourself, a higher resale price is acceptable.
    • If you recieved the design for free you may only add value through art commissioned or created by you after recieving the design
    • Art recieved as a gift should not add to the value of the design
  • Gift the design to others
    • The designs can be gifted, provided the recipient agrees to these terms of service.
    • However, the design may NOT be gifted to people on my blacklist.
  • Make kit designs for roleplay purposes (but no designs that are near copies)
    • Please show them to me! (not manditory) I wanna see them.
• When purchasing my designs you may not...
  • Do not hide from my view
    • You must not hide the designs from me. It's fine if they aren't public, but I must have access to view them.
  • No raising the price/worth based off attachment
    • You are not allowed to increase the selling price of the designs due to personal attachment or perceived value.
  • Do not place an additional terms of service on the design
    • You cannot impose your own Terms of Service on my designs.
  • No creation of design doubles (twins)
    • Do not create duplicates of the design for distribution or sale. You may make a duplicate for personal use, but if you sell the original, the duplicate must be discarded.
  • Make kits with the design with someone who's on my blacklist
    • This counts as a way of giving them a design.
  • Do not use designs to promote hate or prejudice
    • The designs must not be used in any way that promotes hate, prejudice, or discriminatory ideologies.

Violating the terms associated with my bases will lead to the revocation of your rights to use any of my bases. Additionally, it will result in a restriction on your ability to access, use, or purchase any future bases, whether free or paid, that I create. People currently on my blacklist may not use any of my bases.

Prohibition on Purchasing Designs: Individuals on the blacklist are not permitted to purchase any designs from me or from any third parties. This includes both direct sales and any form of indirect transfer.

Restriction on Acquisition and Use of Designs: Blacklisted individuals are prohibited from acquiring, using, or displaying any of my designs in any form or through any medium. This extends to all existing and future designs created by me.

No Use of Bases: Even if previously purchased, individuals on the blacklist are not allowed to use my bases for any purpose. This applies regardless of when the base was acquired.
