GENERAL TOS AND WARNINGS

.  If I draw for you, whether it be out of fun or a commission, you can use it for whatever personal use. DO NOT ADD FREE ART I HAVE DRAWN FOR YOU IN YOUR OC'S WORTH. 

.  The only social media sites I have accounts on are Toyhouse (ogsusu) and discord, I do not use Amino or any other art posting site.

.  I have the right to refuse your order at any time for whatever reason.

.  You may only use my art/designs for PERSONAL USE. Any commercial use of my work will end up with you blacklisted.

.  DO NOT use my work to promote any type of hate speech. This will result in you getting blacklisted.

.  As the artist, I still reserve all rights to my works. This includes putting it on my portfolios, socials etc. However if you, the commissioner, would not like it up PLEASE notify me.

.  Commissioned art or bought art/designs can be used for personal purposes like icons, banners, bgs etc.

.  I take between 2 weeks to 4 months on art depending on my art queue or other IRL issues. Please do not bug me to finish your commission faster. You can feel free to poke me about updates and reminders though.

.  If I draw you gift art, please do not count that in your character's value tracker.


. DO NOT use any of my art/designs for NFTs or AI generated art

PAYMENT AND RIGHTS

.  I still reserve rights as the original designer and artist to the design. This means if at any point you fail to pay or take back your payment after a transfer, you will be on my soft blacklist. This does not apply to emergency situations where the character is given back.

.  Chargebacks after a transfer will end up with you blacklisted.

.  Must pay with Paypal in USD

.  I only do holds for mutuals or friends, I do not do payment plans nor do I plan on it.

.  Payment should be within 48 hours after acceptance of your offer or within the last day of a hold.

.  Payment in art should be within 4-5 weeks after acceptance of an offer. 

DESIGN AND CHARACTER RIGHTS

.  You cannot resell or trade off my design within 1 week of receiving it if it is a custom or adopt. Gacha designs do not apply to this rule. 

.  Do not sell my design for more than you purchased/received them for unless there is added value in the form of commissions that you ordered.

.  When redesigning fully, please lmk. You may tweak or alter the design slightly (ie. hair color change, removing parts of an outfit/pattern) but I would like if it still resemble it's original.

.  Please credit me as the original designer and artist even if the design has been altered. This goes for original designs I have made, in which case you are to credit me as the creator as a whole.

.  Things like gender/prn or clothing changes are fine by me and do not need approval.

.  Please notify me of any ownership change or transfer. This is not required I would just like to know.

.  Please DO NOT delete character profiles and or reupload them.

.  Please notify me if your going to authorize/hide my design! you do not have to authorize me, just let me know if you transfer it to someone else!

BLACKLIST

These people can't own any of my designs and if found with one, the previous trader will also be blacklisted. They also may not own any of my art.

. Alhaitham - will not refund me/ghosted me after confronting multiple times, really dodgy behavior,  PSA on them !!!
