Profile
Billie is one of the largest dogs on his team. His thick coat only makes him appear bigger!
He is not an aggressive dog, but he takes pride in strength and will not stand to be pushed around. Billie does not start fights, but he'll enjoy finishing them.
Due to his size and power, Billie is a wheel dog. He likes his position, and doesn't feel envy of others.
Billie was bred in outside of Anchorage, Alaska. His father was a livestock dog, a Leonberger. While his mother was a successful sled dog, leading multiple teams in her lifetime. He was brought up for the first 6 months of his life as a house companion, before being sold to be trained as a sled dog.
Not being conditioned from birth to run, he felt isolated when training with dogs who knew each other all their life. But in the end, this pushed Billie farther to try to prove himself. He generally succeeded, but he also became known as an irritable dog at times.
While Bille looks down upon weak dogs, he actually loves puppies. The only time Billie can be actually patient is with puppies!
