Yura (The Liar)

the liar intends to put us all to rest.

design notes:

• wings are generally feathered, can be modelled after any types of avian wings
• always has at least a pair of horn-like wings on head + a pair of wings on their back, can have any amount of additional wings. wings can be any size but head wings must be reasonably small
• patterns on body can glow, generally follow major veins/arteries w/ a cluster where their heart is
