     Mori grew up a quiet but smart kid. His home life was….rough to say the least so he spent most his days studying or playing alone in the alleyways around his inner city school. His brother was his only friend and even then he had other friends to hang out with. One day when he was about 15, on his way home he passed an ally where he noticed an odd glow. After a second it was gone but he was intrigued. He crept around the corner and saw nothing. Turning around to leave a voice stopped him in his tracks. “It’s real you know..”  They began talking and Mori learned that magic did exist, even in a modern city like this. Magic was passed down in rare genes and was often terminated at birth. The man taught Mori his skills and was surprised to find he was quite talented. Eventually Mori graduated and went right into the world if the mafia and quickly became the right hand man of a big boss. Now he is a hit man and drug dealer on the streets and living the high life at parties, getting solid pay.
