Flippant - Chaotic - Careless - Sadistic 

As much of a brat as one can imagine. Evalyn does what they want, with little care for anyone's safety. She likes it when people scream, as she puts it. Their personality has been seen flipping as fast as the channels do, going from a somewhat caring and compassionate individual to a torturous psychopath. Some may hate her for this, but she lives for the fear and chaos she causes, simply by changing the channels on her Tv head.

Origin:

It's unclear the reason she's in Toledo as of right now, but many believe she is the collective representative for all the souls who were left to rot in insane asylums all those years ago, attempting to inflict the same suffering the sane never knew of, but the insane clearly felt.

Abilities:

-TV possession: Destroying their TV head won't permanently kill them, as they can simply possess another and use it to act as the physical projection of them.

-Channels: Evalyn has found she can manipulate what she projects on her head by manipulating the channels on her TV. Others can change the channel by turning the upper dial, but this might not be effective in turning her off as she can just...turn it back on with a random channel present. Those of a sane mindset would find all of her channels to cause distress in one way or another, usually in ways that mimic the mental illness displayed (such as a unexplained Panic Attack while the Anxiety channel is projected, or struggling to remember things with the Dissociation channel on)
(o) Those afflicted with a illness of the mind would find peace, rather than panic, if the respective channel is played. Also, they can change channels beyond the set 5, although it may take some time to find the channel that matches them. They don't need to have an official diagnosis to feel the calming effects.
