HE'S A PUN ON AN ALREADY COPYRIGHTED PUN. SPLA... TOON. WOW
Mr. Splats has no natural color beyond Black, White & Grey... he's grown very fond of utilizing color while painting because of this. He also has suction cups along his arms and legs, but wears gloves to avoid his hands sticking. Limbs are rubberhose-like and can stretch a good amount.
