Nico is the patron saint of Origin, guided under the watchful gaze of his god, Baien.
Nico is independent, self-centred, rude and snarky. He considers himself self-sufficient, and demeans anything that reminds him of his past, especially to do with personality. Inwardly, he is cowardly, scared and doesn't seem to have a spine - in direct contrast to his faux-confident demeanour. He considers himself a terrible person, and uses this as a justification for his actions, but has intrinsic love for himself at the same time. He possesses no desire to change himself, yet when put under pressure, will break easily.
He has a major aggressive streak, and will lash out at anybody who offends his sensibilities. He also has a tendency to become aggressive when confused or scared.

- Nico's name varies from person to person - Baien calls him Nicola, his friends Tash and Chloe would call him Nicky, Matt would call him 'Neek' or 'Neeks'. Basically the only person who refers to him as 'Nico' is himself.

Nico's design goes through a LOT of iterations, listed below:
City arc: See reference sheet #1, about 5'1, clean, pink hair with brown roots. During mall arc, he notices his teeth are growing sharper + has an arm scar from Sarin's bite.
Outside the dome: Between references #1 and #2, hair grows out, generally more unkempt, but still in city clothes. Fur is more sparse, still around 5'. Note lip scar and arm bite mark. Also add head scar (not visible below fringe) after first Tansy fight.
Ireland arc: Much more furry, clothes change to reference #2, shorter, around 4'3. NOTE: Hair changes to white, braided on either side to keep out of face (forehead scar visible).
Prison arc: Unkempt to the point of neglect, thin. Bloodied missing eye (his right). Braids over missing eye pulled out to cover it.
Egypt arc: Tiny (4'), furry, tail is fully prehensile. Eye returns, eye colour changes to brown. Hair is now ear-length, white.
