Unlike most characters and anomalies D33R has created, Abednego was made without a real story. And despite their self-awareness, they are oblivious to their true purpose and importance to D33R.
After the discovery of their original form and suppsoed story they felt betrayed or cheated out of an interesting persona. Abednego hopes to find D33R and uncover the truth about themself and why they were changed into what they are now.
Abednego is well aware that they are made up by a higher power and are not real. Finding out what they had originally been meant for before D33R modified became their major objective. They've also been granted the ability to travel between DEER's numerous worlds, which include different characters that are akin to themselves.
Abednego has been able to learn about their history and some of their significance to D33R. However, they have never been able to communicate with or meet D33R in person. Discovering the truth about themselves and their mission while also finding D33R has become their main objective.
Abednego has the ability to very briefly shift dimensions and travel through them, in addition to changing into different kinds of creatures or people. They consider this hidden ability to be unstable and generally ineffective for some tasks, therefore they will only occasionally utilize it.
Additionally, they have been able to separate some of their own "characters" or alter egos. These forms were created via picking up behavior patterns from other characters Abednego has met. Despite the fact that they can talk and think for themselves thanks to Abednego, they all harbor resentment for them, Eclipse and Lemonade being one of many.
