Perseus is probably the closest thing Scylla will ever get to a seemingly perfect prince charming!
Most don't really know much about him, where he came from or when he suddenly appeared in town, where he lives or who are his family, what he does in his free time or why no one remembers him from before high school. Still, everyone seems to love him. And why wouldn't someone love a guy like him? A quite handsome young man? Check! Extroverted and sociable? Check! Always ready to help anyone who needs it and smart? Check! And he's fun hang out with, too? Well, looks like we have a perfect boy all around!
As long as everyone keeps adoring him without questioning anything, everything will be fine. It doesn't matter if he can't feel the same attachment to them, or barely anything at all, everything will be fine. As long as the instincts don't kick in. Everything will be fine.

- He, officially, was Sirius' first fan when it comes to 3MC (the in-universe blog). Who would've thought he would've ended up kinda working on it too!
Perseus considers Sirius his closest friend. He remembers every moment of their relationship, from the moment they first saw each other in the woods to present day. The two share a lot in common and blindly trust each other, enough to tell each other some of their deepest secrets (not all, of course. some things are better left unspoken). No one knows more about them than they do. Sirius also wanted him to help him out with running 3MAYHEMCAST, an offer he could not refuse - after all, he was the very first fan of the blog.
There is no one, in this world or in any other, Perseus loves more than Andromeda. It was love at first sight, from the moment she appeared right in front of him in the woods, from the moment they gave each other a name, from the moment they decided to leave the woods for a bit and try to see what life was like in a town full of humans. Perseus would do pretty much anything for her without thinking twice, considering her the everything to his feeble nothingness.
Who would've thought, the two most popular teens in town enjoy hanging out and "being swag" together (Lyra's words, not his). The two have a nice friendship, involving lots of playful banter, going shopping together and playing fighting games (with Perseus losing about 80% of the time). And on top of that, they're also both involved in 3MAYHEMCAST with their mutual bestie, who could've asked for more? Of course, countless sleepovers together have brought out some secrets, but it's nothing too deep.
To be honest, Perseus does not know Regulus too well, and doesn't know how to feel about it. Sure, it's just some weird little guy hanging out in Sirius' computer, it's not harming anyone, Sirius doesn't seem to mind it too much anymore, but he cannot shake off the feeling something about it feels a bit off. He's quite concerned it could cause Sirius some trouble - whether that is simply on his computer or in real life, he can't know, but he can't help but think it could very well end up being the latter too.
- Pretty much always has some little chunks of mist floating around him. They mostly appear around his hair, but can be anywhere on his body.
- He wears big round glasses, with silver frames.
- He's always dressed in a decently elegant fashion, but he never wears ties (he hasn't learned how to tie them yet...)
- His eyes are normally light blue, but shift to off-white when he is hungry.
