Asuka Ando (安東明香 Ando Asuka) is is a fan character for the My Hero Academia manga and anime series by Kohei Horikoshi. She also is a student in U.A. High School's General Department.

Asuka is a young woman of an average height and peach skin. She has long blonde hair that she ties up into a high red ponytail by a red bow. On the sides on both sides of her cheek, small strands of hair stick out. Asuka's eyes are big and green whithout a visible pupil.
During school hours, she wears the standard U.A. uniform.
Asuka's casual outfit consists of a white shirt with spherical sleeves, beige pants with shapes of bear's head on knees and black shoes with white socks.
Asuka is cunning, proud, sociable and hypocritical girl who easily makes new acquaintances. She loves attention, which sometimes attracts lies. The girl continues to lie, even if it goes beyond words, like to lie for a several weeks to Fumikage so that he wouldhelp her wiith the project that she needed to do for her class. She doesn't like it when someone gets more attention and recognition than she does and doesn't like it when someone reveals that her lies are not true.
Asuka, although she looks like good-nature and very cute, but in fact, she's quite vindictive and touchy, especially when it comes to what and whom she likes. However, she never plots against an innocent person.
Asuka is able to show other emotions like regret, especially when Moriko caught her and Fumikage kissing in the library. She felt guilty for this and understood that despite how much she liked Fumikage, Moriko was not worthy to see such a betrayal.
Quirk
Telepathy (テレパシー Terepashī): Asuka is able to read the thoughts and emotions of any person, and also transmit her own at her discretion. However, the quirk is constantly active, which is why Asuka can hear other people's thoughts uncontrollably, so she has to take special medications that block this ability for a while.
Asuka is a new student at the U.A. High School, after the main events end with the battle of All For One. She is a student of General Department and her first appears when she unexpectedly turns to Fumikage Tokoyami for help in a project where she need to go through the so-called study of the quirks of the guys from the hero Faculty. And she got Fumikage. The guy agrees and does not see this as such a big catch as just helping. However, he, like Moriko, was greatly embarrassed that for the project they began to meet in the library more often than originally planned. And as it turned out later, Asuka fell in love with Fumikage and thus tried to get closer to him, deciding to lie that the project needed more information about his quirk.
