By Purchasing you automatically agree to not only have read these but also accepting these.

☆ I DONT have unwatermarked versions of an Adopt. Dont ask. 
You will ONLY recieve a watermarked version of any adopt.
There  have been too many cases of wrong // missing proper credit aswell as  uploading unmarked files making them easy theft targets.

☆ Don't claim that you made the Design! 
   -This one is obvious.

☆By Purchasing from me, you are confirming to be 18+.
 Some Designs include more adult themes either within their original design or their Extras and are NOT suited for minors.

☆ DONT Make the designs you get from me as resellable Skins on any website. (I cannot believe i have to add this-)
-Its a character for you to use and ONLY you. Private Skins are okay.

☆DO NOT REMOVE THEM OFF TH IF THEY ARE ON IT. 
If needed a code can be provided to the new owner. 
DO NOT REMOVE ME AS CREATOR EITHER
Do NOT remove the proper Credits Either. 
Removal/Resubmission will lead to immediat blacklisting.

☆ Small design changes are totally okay, this includes also changing an adopts gender , however
DO NOT EDIT THE ORIGINAL IMAGE. EVER

-> You are free to ask for a gender change on the Original Adopt given I havent use the line edit a second time.
I  sometimes still have the original PSD Available and can make such  changes easily. However thats not Always the case. Ask if unsure.
If the adopt is older than 6 Weeks, the chances are low that the PSD is still available. 

☆ I have every right to refuse any business with you.
- I do not have to give you a reason as to why I may not be selling to you

- I will not work with accounts that include Feral NSFW and/or Minor NSFW.You will be immediatly blocked
     -MLP (My Little Pony) and TLK (The Lion King) count as FERAL.

- I will not  work with blank/new accounts (No Icon/No Submission/Newly made) or sell  anything to such This counts for both paid and free work. Your comment will be hidden.
- If you have an active account on other places  (Twitter/DeviantArt/Weasyl) you must clarify it if your account on here is blank/New
- Please note that it can be seen as red flag if you try to  purchase anything with an empty account. Therefore there are people  that will refuse any business with blank accounts.

☆ NO REFUNDS. Please know very well if you wish to purchase something or not.

☆ NO HOLDS. Please Reply/Note me within 24 Hours with your paypal email - Once the invoice is send you have 24 Hours to pay.
-If you dont pay/reply/note me within 24 Hours I will take it as you have no longer interest.

☆Reselling is allowed but not for more than you paid for, unless it comes with extra art.

☆ Original Sized files (not always available depending on an adopts age) will be send to the PP listed email.
If it differs from you main one please provide it in the Note. The File(s) will be send to the PP one AND the secondary one if provided.

☆ I reserve the Rights to use any and all Designs as Examples if needed.
I can and will use any design made on a base of mine , or a collab base on their respective Pages as Example.

RAFFLE RULES: 

☆Subs to the account Esarts_Adopts are always optional, however if caught unsubbing after not winning you will no longer be allowed to join other raffles of mine.
-If you didnt want to stay subbed, dont do it in the first place. Its optional, doing a bulletin also would have given you the extra entry you wanted

☆Please try to get back to me withing 48 Hours, otherwise a new winner will be picked. Make sure your @ / Mention Notifications are ON
