One of my main OCs, with several AUs and designs. Tulipblaze is the cat version of my dragon Tulip.
Tulipblaze has been serving as the clan medicine cat for many moons, and has grown to be a great one, helping to cure many seasons of illness, as well as learning new herbs and poultices that have never been used or were forgotten by the clan. Her connection with Starclan is no better than most, with few accounts of them ever speaking to her outside of the moonpool.

She was training as a medicine cat apprentice before her mentor had to leave the clan for unsaid reasons, leaving her as the clan's medicine cat, unprepared for said role. She was given the name Tulipshine, for she began her training young, and the hope was she would shine brightly as such a young medicine cat.
Tulipshine was banished from the clan by the previous leader Treestar for simply being incompetent as a medicine cat and for witnessing Treestar and her brother Appleseed kill many clan warriors without fair reason. Returning 6 moons later after hearing of Treestar becoming an elder. She was accepted by Spiritstar as their medicine cat apprentice, as they now had a new medicine cat. Treestar, now just Treefrog, was furious with the return of Tulippaw. After hearing of the news she requested to come along on a herb patrol. Once alone Treefrog fought with the medicine apprentice, clawing and biting her leg carelessly. Tulippaw was unable to properly walk on her front left leg, and Treefrog was banished from the clan for her behaviours. Tulippaw made a slow recovery, unable to shake the thought of Treefrog returning to finish the job.
Eventually, after her recovery and a few moons later, she completed her training as a medicine cat. Tulippaw requested to be given a different warrior name, as Tulipshine would only haunt her with the memories of the cat that gave her the name. Spiritstar agreed, giving her the name Tulipblaze in honour of her strong recovery, and for the fire and sun-like patterns on her pelt.
