Born Mariette Delacroix in New Jersey, relocated to Detroit, Michigan to be near family after the death of Benni's mother, her cousin; and through WISE MEN adopted a fake identity under the name Roseanne "Rosie" Jackson.  Married Garrick Leipersann when she was 26yo, they had one daughter, Adrian, in 1987.  On the pretense of Rosie finding a younger man and reportedly falling out of love with Garrick, they divorced well before Adrian turned 16yo.  In reality, she moved to Canada and disappeared off the face of the Earth to avoid being hunted by WISE MEN for the information she had been involved in with other agents, Libra and Pluto.  She owns Libra's bunker on family-owned property in Canada, of which Reisoku later inherits.
