Chuchu_bun’s Terms Of Service:

The client must read, understand and agree to all the terms below before entering into an agreement with the artist, by sending payment, the client agrees to the below terms.

I will draw:

• Ocs
• Fanart
• Mild blood
• NSFW (restricted)
• LGBTQ+
• Anthros
• Ask!

Ask about:

• Gore/blood
• Nsfw/ suggestive content

(I can share watermarked examples of my work with these subjects)

I will NOT draw:

• Offensive/hate themes
• Mecha
• Detailed backgrounds
• Vore
• Any form of pedophillia

Please DM:

• A clear visual ref of Chara(s)
• Background color (can be transparent)
• Extra contact info

MISC:

• Payment must be paid upfront via paypal(USD) before any preliminary work begins.

• For NSFW commissions, the client must be of age. The artist reserves the right to check for the client's ID for verifying name and DOB to ensure they are 18+. The client reserves the right to cover their face and address.

• The client must provide clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea.
• The client will have the opportunity to direct alterations of their commission only in the sketch phase. The artist will work with you until you are satisfied.
• If the client wishes to cancel the commission during the sketch phase, the client will be refunded 50% of what was paid.
• Upon request, the client is able to receive watermarked in progress images as the commission is worked on.
• If the client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the lining stage they will not be issued a refund.
• The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission due to rude or inappropriate behavior. In this case, the client will not be refunded.
• The artist ensures the client will receive updates, via the chosen communication method of the commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it is necessary for updates, assurances, or reminders.
• The artist retains the right to display ALL commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift, the artist may delay public showcase at the request of the client.
• The artists’ designs are not meant to be used as NFTs or any of the sort.
• The client retains ALL rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them exclusive rights to the commissioned image.
• The client cannot alter the artwork itself. The client may alse re-upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork.
• The client may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (traditional media not digital) or the sale of the character depicted. The client may not resale the artwork as its original price or higher, only a lower price than before.
• All sales and production pieces are final.
