my TOS may change at any time, so please be sure to check this tab if you intend on selling or receiving any designs of mine!

• id prefer if my designs were not deleted from TH, this is to ensure no scamming happens! if you find a need to delete a design for any reason, please contact me first
• private/auth characters is a-okay, just no deleting please
• my artwork is not to be put into ai, even for personal usage
• do not remove any signatures on my work
• i do not “revoke” characters as you own every right to a character as long as it was properly paid for, but i may put you on a blacklist to prevent you from owning any other designs of mine in the future
• NEW** my designs may NOT be kinsonas of me or have intent to resemble me. if youre confused, feel free to ask for elaboration, but generally with my designs i do not allow kinsonas of me. this is a really me-specific rule because i see it a lot and it makes me uncomfortable, so please dont debate with me about this, its set in stone for a reason

• my designs can be only sold for the appropriate amounts that they are worth, this includes commissioned art, personal art, and traded art
• base values of every design are shown right above this section! (if its not there at the moment it means this character hasnt been sold yet or i have yet to update it)
• gift art, raffle art, anything for free basically is not allowed to be added to the value
• i dont mind if characters are sold for a bit more if you are in a rough situation, if you find your problem is dire, please contact me and we can work something out!
• please do not receive a character with the intent of immediately reselling them
• base values will not be changed as these are the values characters were first received for and are kept there to prevent any scamming. however, i can change character tradeability if requested

• co-owning is 100% fine with me, however please be aware that i am not responsible for any disputes that may happen
• id prefer if a main owner was established for the design, this person is who the design will have to go to if there are any issues that may arise
• a main owner can usually be established by who does most of the payment when purchasing the character, or who has received them first. this doesnt have to be with every case, however its a good rule of thumb to go by. if you and a co-owner have done equal payment, this is to be discussed amongst yourselves.

• redesigning is fine, however i ask you do not deviate too far from the original design 
• please keep previous/past designs available somewhere on the character page. whether it be hidden/auth is fine, i just do not want the old design being deleted for archival reasons
• if you feel a redesign might stray too far from the original design, you are free to ask me!
• redesigning characters into species is fine by me! however species tos does not completely override my tos, feel free to inquire further with species owners and/of myself about this, but in most cases i ask both species and my tos be followed simultaneously

• you can use any designs of mine for world building, story development, etc! immoral things can be portrayed within characters but i ask that they do not promote such immoral things and are portrayed in a negative light
• projects such as games, literature, and so on are free to include my designs in!
• nsfw/triggering content is allowed to be made of my designs, however i ask appropriate warnings must be added
• making kinsonas of my designs are fine, but please keep them within accordance of TH rules, do not name them anything that is directly from their source media (i.e do not name a kuromi cbc kuro/kuromi or anything too similar… this is to avoid copyright issues that i do not want to be held accountable for)
• i do not allow kinsonas of real life people

• merchandise is 100% allowed to be sold by you to others, all designs of mine immediately come with commercial rights!
• keep in mind that whatever you may gain from selling merchandise does not add to the value of a character, your money is yours!
• you dont need to give me any percentage of money made from the merchandise whatsoever, make what you like!
• if youd like to use my design as a mascot for a company/shop you are free to
• all i really ask when it comes to commercial usage is that credits are given to me when due, otherwise go wild honestly
