Hello! My younger sibling took a liking to this code and I'll be teaching them HTML on it! Thank you!!
i know how to use css and html but i literally cant get the code for this?? where did you put it 😭
the image address goes within the brackets, so it would look something like this:
background-image:url(https://images.unsplash.com/photo-1520052205864-92d242b3a76b?ixlib=rb-1.2.1&ixid=MnwxMjA3fDB8MHxwaG90by1wYWdlfHx8fGVufDB8fHx8&auto=format&fit=crop&w=1169&q=80)
I don't know why it doesn't work for you, can you send me a screenshot of your current code?
ok i see, your current issue is that the image link is outside of the brackets, the code should look like this:
background: url(https://images.unsplash.com/...) center;
hey!
i need help i always wanted to code
but idk how to start idk how to put backgrounds are headers or anything :(
i dont think i understand what you are asking. If you want to learn html i reccomend learning the basics, im not a good teacher, i can only help with specific issues.
I have a question! when you say this:
» highlight the numbers i have written below
» hit ctrl f
» hit the plus sign
» put in your new colour (use hex codes)
» click the "all" button - this automatically replaces all the colours
where is the plus sign? ctrl f pulls up the find tool for me, and i cannot find a plus sign
