A vampire prince! He's very spoiled and patronizing, and tends to think he's better than most people. He comes off as airheaded and ditzy due to his carefree demeanor, but can take things seriously if needed-- though he prefers not to. Rosencrantz is also hungry a lot of the time and enjoys hunting for blood as often as possible.
