Every body that ends up being spiked near these caves somehow ends up having a plague doctor mask sewn onto their faces. Nobody knows if this was done when they were alive or dead. People are also weirdly taken off by the scent of tar. He emits off a poisonous miasma that poisons prey and also makes them pass out. The passed out counterparts either end up on a stick or there infront of their friend who's piked. Usually only one out of the group is plucked for the piking.
