The best way to describe him would be "alcoholic." He drinks, lounges, gives unwarranted advice, and acts a lot more important the he does. When black out drunk though, he - for some reason - becomes more of a party and environmental type of pony. It is very strange.
He lives in a hidden manor in White Tail Forest, near Los Pegasus, though he is currently staying at Thorn Bush Manor.
