'Maid of the Mind's Fog' aka BITCHASS MOTHERFUCKER SCISSORS

Scissors has the power of manipulation over the psyche, and uses it to unleash guilt within her enemies minds. Her weapon, a mace on a chain, grows bigger or smaller depending on the amount of inner turmoil her opponent carries. It doesn't injure you literally, you won't die or get physical trauma, but if you get hit hard enough you'll go unconscious, and the things you're forced to see are not great. 

She is very mischievous, and forms grudges easily. Lives in a derelict shack that contains a basement made up of linear space and quantum physics.
