The late member of the rebellion. Percy was born into a large group of kore elves, focused on peace and love -- sheltering their children from all harm. Life there wasn't bad, but he always strived for something more. He was best friends with one of the other kids there, Jolene. When his parents annouced that he would be marrying a girl of their choice, not the one he actually wished to wed, he began to question things. However, he didn't get much time to process these things -- as one of their members burned with the rage of an Ignis Desirae, sending all of their homes ablaze. He almost didn't notice Jolene also sprouting wings, scooping him up and saving him from such mess. They got seperated afterwards -- he then learned of the rebellion against the council once day in the hub.

He attended one of their secret meetings of sorts -- beginning to come back day after day. All he could think about during his time there was his friend turned Cataegis Desirae who saved him during his time of need. Once the rebellion had won, he chose not to stay and help run the council instead setting off to find his love. When he eventually did make his way back to her, they intiated in the kore elf custom of combining, creating the fusion of Carter.
