Personality: Raideo keeps its face covered, and it's hard to read its body language. Its flat at all times, with only one eye visible out of its entire face. Its a very bland troll who acts very hemoloyal in public. In private, its still an incredible suck-up and even more of a pushover, but is also easily offended and/or agitated.
Background: It has always covered up as much as possible, and nobody knows why. If it's due to a mutation or some sort of accident, nobody knows. Raideo is very social despite this, and seems either ignorant or uncaring of the dangers it faces as a rustblood. It grew up on the internet, with it being both a comfort and a crutch. Sometimes it just comes off with NPC-in-real-life energy, but its humor and submissiveness keeps it relatively safe from culling.
Extra details: Raideo is verbally mute and speaks through text using psionic power. It manifests text through its palmhusk, by hacking others' devices, or displaying text in the form of a psionic hologram.
