Emmett

Emmett is the an old minotaur who works at Rory's Rodeo. His best years are behind him and he frequently falls asleep at this desk during the work day. Acted as a parental figure for Rory while he was growing up and so the Rodeo King feels oblige to keep him on staff. 

Personality

Extremely forgetful, but friendly. Loses track of time and goes into long stories everyone who knows him has heard before a thousand times. Despite this he's smarter than most will give him credit for and has no problem talking youngsters back on the right track.
