An explorer, author, actor, philanthropist and scientist from Poddleville. He is the same age as Archimedes and Doctor Marbles and actually graduated university alongside them. He was by far the most extroverted of the three friends and also the most financially successful.

Although brilliant by all aspects of the word, Jones's success and fame from a young age has also made him extremely egoistical. There's nothing he loves more in reveling in the cheers of his legions of fans. Makes it a point to do a book tour at least every other year.

• Hacker was a massive fan of his as a young borg and his books indirectly inspired him to become a villain.
• Is somewhat taller than the average Poddle.
• His only fear is magnetite as he was exposed once as a child and almost died.
