Sugarcane Cookie was once a Scribe for every Ancient Hero, now fallen from their grace as they are nothing more than an assistant to the next Consul... although it isn't much different that their previous line of work. The difference was that they were helping and working with their dear friends.
Now history no longer remembers the name, “Sugarcane”… funny… Considering they documented it all. Cookies do tend to leave out what isn’t important, after all, who’d want to hear their story?
Who’d want to hear of some boring cookie who simply writes notes?
Long ago a cookie by the name of Sugar Syrup Cookie was simply doing their chores in their humble village, close to the Witches Ovens, and on that fateful day... an oven broke. Fire poured out forth, burning everything in its path. A young cookie on his own healing journey... a cookie by the name of Pure Vanilla Cookie, was unfortunate to be here, but his luck hadn't run short... as Sugar Syrup Cookie had spotted him, and was quick to push him out of the blaze. They were not quick enough to save themselves however, and were burnt to a blackened crisp.
As the fire dispelled, a frozen figure in time stood right there amongst the ash... as their soul was speaking to a holy figure.
The Sugar Swan looked upon them with great pride in their actions that day, giving them a blessing of life once more... and the blessing of wings, wings that would allow them to travel at speeds unknown to cookie kind. They would now be fast enough to save everyone they could, with the gift of The Sugar Swan giving them almost eternal life.
Blessed be them, a purified figure broke forth from the crisped statue before Pure Vanilla Cookie's eyes, a now Sugarcane Cookie being reborn.
