These are my personal boundaries. If you have an issue with that, then take a hike. I wouldn't have to make such a detailed list this long if it wasn't for people using and abusing the fact that I was not "clear enough" before. My ToyHouse may contain sensitive or mature themes. Just some rules about myself/my characters/my ocs (Sorta a TOS ig)

Only I'm allowed to use my characters for roleplaying. Please do not rp as my characters (unless you have permission). My characters are very personal to me; especially my main OCs. I don't want them being portrayed in a way that I don't like or feel comfortable with.

You may only use my OCs for content if: You're a trusted friend of mine, you're making a gift for me, or if I've given you permission to use the OC for whatever it is that you're making.

Do not ship your OCs or other characters in general with my OCs UNLESS I've stated that I'm okay with you doing so. This includes shipping characters of mine with other characters of mine, unless it's stated that they're in a relationship.

Do not steal my characters, copy them, heavily reference, or make inspired characters of my Ocs. 

Finally, do not kin any of my OCs!!! If I catch you trying to kin any of my OCs, you will be blocked immediately. I do not allow others kinning my OCs because again, my OCs are very personal to me.

I'm open to art being made of any of my little kiddos! Just make sure you ask before you do. I am comfortable with nsfw art being made, however I'd like to be asked in advance on boundaries, as not all of my characters are adults. If you make ship art, make sure it is of characters that are in a relationship. Please do not make ship art of 2 of my characters that are not partners. 

My alters may sometimes speak for me, or just in general. Please be nice to them.

If I buy/trade for a character, I own all rights to them, no exception. I do not consent to *any* TOS that allows removal of characters just because you're "uncomfortable." I don't treat characters like nfts.

If you make ship art, make sure it is of characters that are in a relationship. Please do not make ship art of 2 of my characters that are not partners. 

I am a system, and many of my alters act different. If I seem a bit confused, it's likely a switch could have happened. While some of my alters have different sexualities then myself, or may be more flirty then I am, THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION TO SEXULIZE THEM, MYSELF, OR ANY OTHER ALTERS.

As I am an adult, some Characters have nsfw art, even if the character itself is not nsfw. All art is marked as such and should be avoided by minors please.

Roblox (This includes quite a few of the games, but it just depends) - I don't like the platform that supports pedophiles. I used to play on it a lot, but I can't in good faith still keep playing on it. I will still interact lightly if you do, but I def won't talk to you much and it's a big side eye for me.

Design/Art TOS

You're free to retrade/give away characters that you got from me if you no longer feel a connection to them! Do not sell them for money if you did not buy them for money, or sell them for more money then you got them for (unless more art was added)

You're free to change/update/revamp designs of mine that you get from me, as long as they look similar to the original (don't make them look completely different). If you make bigger changes, please run it by me first

Make sure to keep my credits on characters or art I made. I prefer credit be kept on Toyhouse, but I am also ok with them being credited to my Bluesky or Youtube.

I have the right to not give a character to a person and I do not have to tell that person why, do not push as if I haven't responded, sometimes I just need time.

Do not give anyone on my blacklist my characters. I am uncomfortable with any of them having my characters, while I can't do anything with the characters they may currently have I would appreciate it if no more are given to anyone on it. (Though idk why they'd even want newer designs of mine, other then to be a creep). 

Do not delete character pages/reupload. If you no longer want a character, please return them or give them away for free to someone else.
