This character is a self-insert for the Pokemon franchise created by Game Freak and Nintendo.

Casey took up fishing as a child and spent her days fishing at the river on Route 32. When she was 18 years old, she moved to Slateport City to turn her fishing hobby into a source of income. She now runs a shop at the Slateport Market focused on selling handmade accessories made of seashells. Although Casey usually uses shells found locally on Route 109, she sometimes takes trips to the Shoal Cave near Mossdeep City to gather materials for her merchandise. In her free time, she takes bike rides to Mauville City and gambles at the Game Corner or shops at the department store in Lilycove City.

Casey is a spirited young woman and puts forth 100% effort in everything she does. She loves her Pokemon and dotes on them excessively.
