She might not look it, but Celeste has had a hard life. Her cavalier attitude towards life is less about not caring and more about making the most of the time you have, which she knows is often far too short.
Something that really popped out to me was the face. I find it really nice to have my eyes go directly to the face of the character instead other parts persay. I think its pretty dang cute how you added the hearts in the eyes along with the two different colors. I like how the blue color of the hair is able to match with the darker blue color of her fur. Overall I have to say she has an adorable design that would look amazing in some outfits to match her personality!
