Although he was too young to remember his parents fought a lot and were hardly happy being married to each other. They divorced when Emre was 4 and his father moved back to England. After the move his father hardly tried to communicate with Emre. Emre was put into French immersion school for elementary and middle school. They moved to Vancouver when Emre was 12 and he was enrolled in a private Christian high school while still taking French immersion classes. He met Bjørn, Ophelia, and Lís at that school and they became the gang of goths.Emre is an extremely smart student who just doesn't care enough. He is very good at class work but regularly skips and doesn't hand in assignments. After years of silence his father has recently tried calling and writing to him but Emre couldn't care less. Once he graduates he plans on going to acting school, although his mother really wants him to put his smarts to use by becoming a lawyer or doctor. Facts |
