    Hallow is what's known as a darkky! He's quite a sinister little thing, and enjoys playing tricks on others! He looks like a hypnotic darkky, and in some ways he is. He can make his pupils spin around to give off a hypnotic effect! He's pretty silly and goofy most of the time, but if he wants to be, he can be spooky! As his name implies, he resembles a halloween outfit/theme! He can shift his wings to a larger size to give off a creepy effect, but he cant really fly with them. Plus, his markings can glow in the dark! He loves to show off.
