Rennard is a scattered individual partway down the road to insomnia as a result of being plagued by unnerving reccurring nightmares. He invests himself in a wide range of activities with the primary intent of keeping himself occupied enough to avoid falling asleep.
This of course includes activities with his friends, as it helps him stay awake when he's not on his own. He can be quite irritable due to his exhaustion and has a bit of trouble focusing on things or expressing himself, but is generally friendly and as laid-back as he can be, despite his lack of sleep.

Skills & Abilities
Slowdown
Rennard has demonstrated the ability to slow down an aberration in its tracks when it was preparing to attack the group by focusing very hard on math in front of it, but dismisses the occurrence as probably made-up in his head and likely a coincidence.
Phantom Limb
Rennard has manifested a wispy phantom limb by accident, expressing annoyed familiarity with the occurrence, but keeps this hidden from the others. It is unknown what exactly it is.

Gimminy Holdem [ Handheld game system ]
A custom-made portable game console made by Vernell that the two occasionally collaborate on as a hobby project.
105-Hour Energy [ Energy for days ]
Small bottles of a storebought energy drink with a rather concerning title, to say the least. Surely it's just an exaggeration... right?
MP3 Player [ And headphones! ]
An unremarkable MP3 player which Rennard sometimes uses with his headphones to pass the time and calm himself or help focus on tasks.
Ink Pens [ Writing utensils ]
Rennard usually prefers to keep at least one pen on him, which he uses to scribble notes or perform complex math equations which he's convinced helps slow down the surrounding area.
