Artist Notes
- Inquelle is the thin black and white one, Lumiaire is the short, chubby, purple and green one
- They are bonded spirits and are very rarely seen apart.
- They do not have eyes, but they do have mouths.
- Size changes based on how much they consume
Inquelle:
- Heavily based on Shaggy Ink Cap, Coprinus comatus
- Always dripping black ooze from her 'dress'/'hair', but the amount can vary.
- 'Dress' is 'feathered' with white on the tips of the feathers, with a black fade down
- Has a plump 'lip'
- Arms and legs are a slight off-white
- Blush color is grey
- Has soft/gooey black structure/gills under the 'feathers' of her 'dress'
Lumiaire:
- Loosely based Mycena chlorophos, heavily inspired by this photograph by Karen Jones posted on Flickr, with the color and body shape more inspired by Cortinarius archeri and Cortinarius violaceus
- Green parts are always glowing
- Arms and legs have lines going out of the main glow, like on his belly and cap
- Legs are very short and stumpy, like a thick mushroom stalk
- Mouth color and blush color are the same green as his bioluminescence
Inquelle: Meloncholy, somber, gloomy, generally fairly emotional and shy, insecure, unsure. Fears change and is nervous about new experiences/places.
Lumiaire: Outgoing, positive, encouraging, reassuring, and confident.
