Selkie who can shed a full sealskin for a human form, or just a tail sealskin for an anthro form (legs replace mer tail)

Artist Notes

• Brown Eyes, pupils have stars/sparkles in them
• Mermaid is the primary form, followed by anthro form (wip), with human form(wip) being the most rare. Sealskin is appreciated to be included as she's anxious to be without it or it of sight of it. Usually either wears it like a cape or rolled up in a bundle on her hip, usually with a shoulder strap. The skin/leather side of her sealskin is tattooed/decorated with star maps
• Pearls are optional, more (necklace, bracelets, etc) can be added too!
• Face can be drawn more 'anthro' (muzzle, etc. No lips with this kind of face)
• Can be drawn with small breasts but is mostly flat-chested
• "Mer"/tail part is thick like a seal
• Anthro form feet are flat, flipper-like feet with small claws. 
• Anthro form tail is small and flat. It resembles a seal's tail between its flippers instead of the complete "seal tail" with the flippers.
