Intelligant Mysterious Cunning

Applestar was a frail heavily teased kit from windclan growing up along side his sister, Dewwings, 2 other litters and most importantly Dewwings sister snowbird, Snowbird who has a otherwordly beauty the forest had never seen before was nice to little Applekit, and he quickly gained unhealthy attachments to her that only grew as they got older he quickly got to the point of being very offputting to Snowbird, and to make matters worse her clan mates didn't seem to see the issue. no matter what boundries she set Apple(Heart at this point) always seemed ready to step over them with no regard. Appleheart considered Snowbird and himself very close on the edge of courting seemingly unaware of the discomfort he was causing her. he was often doing big grand gestures telling her he is in love with her at the clan gatherings in front of everyone even going as far as to push himself in battle till hes on the brink of death just to make sure she 'doesnt have to' participate and when said exact situation comes around and he has recovered conciousness in the medicine den, begging others to bring snowbird in, telling her he loves her and begging her to say it back in case he doesnt make it after this specific incident, Snowbird started avoiding him 10x harder than she had been before. which Confused Appleheart, he thought things were going well, he had proven himself capable in battle, she had reciprocated in his eyes his affection. so he was confused and hurt, but at this point had become deputy and he started using that new power to basically make it so she couldn't avoid him. Assigning her to go on patrols with him at least once a day etc. which eventually led to them meeting a LARGE barn cat who seemed to get along well with snowbird which appleheart was VERY upset about he threw a fit, he cried and he stopped assigning her to patrols in that area so imagine his horror when Snowbird returned pregnant she said she was going to raise them alone, that her and the father had broken up. But, Appleheart wasn't content to leave it at that. You see this rp takes place before most of the warrior code was in place, so most cats assumed it was just a member of a different clan, as there wasn't a rule against it and snowbird was often getting suitors she was and still is the most beautiful she-cat the forest had seen. but he confronted her, publicly in the middle of camp demanding to know if it was the barn cat that stole her away from him. Eventually outing the truth to the public, Yes it was him. and the crowds were horrified. Another clan cat? they could live with accept even! But a outsider?? someone who had never known starclan or the hardships of the forest?? was UNACCEPTABLR and due to it Snowbird was socially exiled, cats only looking to her with disdain or judging glares, even her own sister. her only choices for company for her whole pregnancy and a month into her childrens lives where the medicine cat, or Appleheart at this point Star the man who had gotten her into this mess, and who still pursued her every once in a while, applestar would speak with Snowbird telling her he forgives her, that they can still be together! He is willing to raise her three children. but she always refused, which would turn tender lovesick applestar angry and frustrated. Soon enough around a month into the kits life applestar and snowbird where having one of these talk/fights by his den while the kits slept as Snowbird not only didnt want to wake them but also didnt want them to hear. while they where fighting, they suddenly heard shouting, hisses, and just a huge curfuffle Snowbird immeadily ran trying to figure out what the commotion was while applestar demanded she stay and talk with him. Well what he didnt know was shadowclan had attacked the camp. and at this point ALOT of the rules where missing including: An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win their battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense. and No warrior can't neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan. Two warriors had killed 2/3 of snowbirds kits by the time she reached them. she tried her best to fight them off, but. she was out of practice Applestar having prevented her from fighting in any battles and quickly she was killed. By the time Applestar had run over it was already done, and he had to focus on driving the rest of the shadowclan cats out of his camp. when the battle was over. and the cats where working on fixing the damage done they went to move snowbirds body from the nursery entrance only to find she had been laying on top of her last remaining kit, her son Wildkit a tom the size of a four moon old kit despite being 1 moon whos snow white pelt was stained Scarlett with his mothers blood. Applestar fell into a deep despair after snowbirds death, the one thing he had been living for gone hisclanmates demanded that snowbird not be buried with the rest of the clan. saying she had forfeit her right and died clanless. and he had no choice to agree burying her far from clan territory. but leaving a marking so he could always find it he visited weekly but eventually grew so enraged he destroyed what semblance of a grave she had and abandoned the spot he eventually deeply regrets this but had no way to know exactly where she was buried anymore

he apprenticed Wildkit at 3 moons instead of 6, since he was the size of a apprentice at that age, but due to the boys quiet shy nature and his aversion to yelling or any violence (refusing to stand up for himself against his cousin copperpaws relentless bullying) he had him become a medicine cat apprentice. But applestar found a new obsession not in a cat but in a idea Windclan is often known as the weakest of the clans, easily bullied by the others for there scrawny stature, overpowered by the other bulkier clans quiet easily. He dwelled on and reflected every single war windclan had LOST the lives lost the cats STOLEN from him the brutaltity of Snowbirds death and just how w e a k he was how unable to prevent this and he became obsessed with the idea of forgaing a young cat into a warrior a w e a p o n worthy of the ancient clans! back when Lions and tigers roamed the lands! At first he was considering Wildpaw's cousin Copperpaw for the job, he was young and honestly could be cruel with his bullying the main victim being Wildpaw but he couldn't force himself to commit, certain copperpaw lacked.... Something. but, eventually he realized the perfect candidate. a Young YOUNG man, three times the size of cats his age. one day, Wildpaw, who had a habit of being spacey, disassociating, head far in the clouds was infatuated with a little butterfly, A little white and black butterfly he had never seen the likes of before, nor had any idea why he grew so attached to it. He was so focused intently on just watching this little butterfly, exist peacefully he failed to notice Copperpaw coming right for him,until, the butterfly was squished. under the other apprentices paw. Applestar had barely blinked before Wildpaw was ontop of copperpaw in a blind rage. Wildpaw was quite a bit bigger than copper at this point, and was attacking him RUTHLESSLY it took 2 full grown cats to pry Wildpaw off of him. And thats when it all became clear to Applestar he KNEW the PERFECT cat, that if Wildpaw was taught how to USE his unnatrual size and strength, Windclan would be Strong, they would be F E A R E D, they would N e v e r lose another battle again. that same day he changed Wildpaw from medicine cat work, which wild actually quite enjoyed. to be HIS apprentice and Applestar was NOT a kind mentor. cats often saw Wildpaw return heavily bruised and battered, far beyond what was normal for sparing between a warrior and mentor,Wildpaw at times would come back missing teeth, concessuion's, cuts that would need treated and at one point a broken tail. He joined his first battle at 5 moons old. still to young to even be a apprentice. He was told to be sure to try and only fight other apprentices, and Applestar made sure to remind him this was a battle NOT a spar. No mercy. Don't hold back. Wildpaw was the size of a full grown warrior at the time. and he was pushed into the battle field. no one there to fight by his side.Mentors usually stay by their apprentices side. But, Applestar wanted to test his apprentice. and Wildpaw passed. Wildpaw killed 5 apprentices that day. Applestar remembers pure Elation at the fact that this KITTEN he trained was able to kill 5 apprentices who have defiantly have been training longer than he has. he was talking excitedly to wildpaw the whole way back to there camp about how they are going to change the training regiment. But Wildpaw didnt't respond. He couldnt. He just stared a 100 yard stare, with a haunted expression. covered in blood, almost none of it his and that was how it went. Applestar would train him to the extreme and revel as Wildpaw (now heart)'s body count grew, and the tom slowly grew more and more numb Applestar Made Wildheart his deputy and in his old age went mad with power, at a point using Wildheart as his personal hitman, and threatening other clans at gatherings eventually he was forced to step down because he attacked another leader at a gathering. and died of old age in the elders den. He Now Resides in Starclan.
