Design TOS

By adopting characters made by me, you agree to every part of this TOS. While not strongly inforced, I have the right to block and/or blacklist you if these are not followed. I will not revoke designs, but you may not offer on my adopts in the future.

1) Commerical use. Any of my designs that are owned by you are free to be used in any non-commercial or commercial way. These include: comics, video games, animation (shorts, independent series, independent movies), and merchandise. However, all credit for the original design must be given to me. You may credit me as GalacticAmbition with a link to any of my socials.

2) Prohibited content. The following content is completly prohibited from being created with any of my designs. If I find out about said contents creation, you will be blacklisted. 

You are not permitted to use my designs in:

• sexual content involving underage characters, feral characters (Pokémon and similar fantasy creatures included), adult x minor, or family x family. Romantic relationships between adult x minor (unless the age gap is very very small [ex. 16/17 and 18, or 17 and 18/19]) and family x family is also prohibited.

• anything promoting the hatred of particular religions, sexualities, genders, races, etc.

3) Redesigns. Any redesigns of my designs are permitted, however credit for the original design must go to me. If the design completely strays from the original, DM me for approval to remove myself as the creator and credit yourself.

4) Reselling. Do NOT sell my designs on Amino. This is to prevent theft. Do not delete my designs off of Toyhouse; you're free to private them but please do not delete. Do not resell freebies for money or virtual currency, without extra art. You may trade them for art or other characters.

4.B) Reselling: Character worth. You may resell characters that were bought with money or DA points for an equal or lower amount than you bought them for without extra art. I count extra art as personal and commissioned pieces, including those made on pay-to-use bases and YCHs. I do not count free-to-use bases as adding to worth, and I would prefer trading (for characters or art) or gifting designs with only free-to-use base art. Do not resell freebies unless they have extra, personal or paid, artwork. Traded characters obtained by character trades or art may be resold without extra art.
