Kazumi is a quiet shy girl who really does try her best. She's a ball of anxiety and has a hard time opening up to others, due to past trauma. Even though her quirk isn't usefull on the battle field, she desprately wants to be a pro hero and help others. Pain does not scare her. It doesn't phase her at all. However, being physically active is a hard mountain to climb.

History

Kazumi lost her parents at a very young age due to a bad villian attack that set their apartment complex on fire and eventually collapsed. Her parents were determined for the pro heroes to save their daughter first but when they tried to go back to save them, it was too late. Kazumi was then adopted by her uncle (Her Mother's Brother) Kenta Nagano.

Kenta didn't mind the sudden life of being a adopted dad to his niece. They bonded quickly over his job as a tattoo artist and piercer. When Kazumi got older, Kenta even offered to pierce her ears, which became a slight addiction for her.

Kazumi can basically read peoples minds but in her case, her quirk is so advanced that she could read multiple peoples minds at once. The counter for how many she can read is above 300.

Side Effects

In her case, it's rate for someone to have an "advanced quirk". It's been basically 110% from the time she first learned she had a quirk at a young age. Due to this, she is prescribed to wear a "quirk repressor" ring. To help her quirk calm down basically so she can function. It slips here and there so she is always sort of reading someone's mind on accident. This causes major migraines and dizziness on the daily.
