Oat Cookie

Oat Cookie is the son of Rye Cookie and Almond Cookie. His half-sister is Walnut Cookie, and he was born after Almond remarried. 

Oat Cookie is an urban bounty hunter and a private investigator. He works with Walnut to root out criminals; with Walnut doing most of the research and Oat doing most of the chasing. He carries a sniper wheat gun, which is crafted from the same materials as Rye's guns. 

He is the more reserved and introverted type of cookie, rarely ever speaking in public. However, he's more open with his family, especially Walnut as they often talk and joke together. 

He's a very dedicated and determined person, especially to the things he's passionate about. He's also quite patient. 

Appearance 

Oat Cookie is tall with a wheat sniper gun strapped onto his back or lifted over his shoulders. 

His hairstyle is slicked back, with a ahoge popping out. His hair is almond brown, with strands of golden hair. His eyes are emerald green and he has freckles on his face. 

He wears a white dress shirt with a light yellow tie. He has harness strapped around his shoulders and upper arm. He has a wool maroon red vest on top with a yellow vertical pattern. His sleeves are rolled up and he wears black leather gloves. 

Combat 

His normal attack is attacking the highest atk enemy directly instead of attacking the frontmost enemy like other cookies. He uses a grenade-like walnut, and throws it at the target. His target changes when there is another highest atk enemy.

His special attack is sliding into position and setting up his sniper gun. He does single-target damage and targets the enemy with the highest atk + hp divided by 2. The hit will stun the enemy for 1 second, dealing ambush damage. Then the bullet explodes, dealing a second damage that's higher than the first. The second damage also applies debuffs (-45% DEF and -30% Healing for 8 seconds). The hit also nulifies the target's hp shield.
