This is not a living creature. It is an enchanted object, normally small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. When thrown to the ground a toy-golem? (robot but not robot?) the inanimate object becomes life size horse with motion. It has a limited energy supply and when it runs out it will poof back to its small toy-like state for storage/recovery. Repeat item.
