A nerd who is also quite.... a weirdo, to say it nicely. Yet something else about him seems also really odd, but it's hard to put into words...
He can be a jerk sometimes but also be dorky. Depends on if he likes you or if he really likes you (or loves to annoy you which is basically the same in some way).
While he is known as Signum, no one really knows whether that's his real name or not. Considering he never mentions a last name, it probably isn't.

- He wears two simple black bracelets on his right wrist and one on his left, yet the latter has a small crystal charm attached to it. The latter is VERY important so please don't forget it!
- He has three moles in the form of a triangle above his right collarbone.
- He has the same piercings in both his ears.
- He wears fours rings; three simple black ones and a silver one with a black stripe on it on his left ring finger.
- At the end of his 'shoulder pads' (please correct me if that's the wrong word! ;; ) are white diamond symbols, similar to the ribbons that hold his sleeves up ( ref image ).

- He is awfully far-sighted.
- He is extremely lucky in whatever he tries. Seriously. Don't play games with him, it'll just depress you.
- Signum is that guy who would just suddenly appear behind you without you noticing, just to ask some really silly questions or give a random science fun fact (that may or may not be true, who knows?). Sadly also the type to appear even more frequently, the more you try to avoid him...

A mere coincidence
When 'The Ruler' created Raikym and saw how it developed, she highly disliked that she didn't have the full control of its evolution. Often, events randomly happened on its own, even though she didn't initiated them - she detested it. To get rid of the possibility of that happening, she extracted the 'chaos' completely. To make sure it wouldn't spread back into Raikym, she bound it into a single thing. It changed its form multiple times, sometimes changed into one it already had, yet often not. While that bothered 'The Ruler', she decided to ignore it and instead enjoyed her complete control over Raikym.

If you're curious about him, click here to see some notes on his background and stuff I wrote friends quickly in a chat. I'll re-write them properly once I can ;v;
- First things first, i have a lil contrast thingy going on in my universe.
In Nereus' case, he's the "Creator" who can simply create things out of nowhere... in contrast there is Niens, the "Nothingness", who however destroys things to make them non-existent again.
As for "The Ruler", she didn't want a development of her world that "just happened"... she wanted complete control. and how do you get complete control? By getting rid of the "randomness"... tho to make sure it doesn't return to her world, she made it bound into a single thing.... that - by chance (haha) - got alive: "signum" came into existence :> (he didn't get a name by The Ruler tho, it "wasn't needed") - She didn't like him at all because she had no control over him. at. all. neither behaviour nor look nor anything... it was.. all behaving random haha
- but at some point he/it really made her angry (still need to think about more details of that) and so she tore him apart... which wasn't the best idea, because like that parts of him/it got lost in her world... and so the world didn't develop as controlled as she wanted it to have but at that point she didn't care anymore, as long as she still had the majority of control.
- over the time some pieces of him slowly found back together, yet not enough to exist alone. so he needed some host which he eventually found... that's how he got his current "stable" design :> (though there have been more hosts as well!)
yet not all parts got back together, some where lost in the world, so he wasn't just full randomness, but instead Chaos; where the initial situation/attributes/whatever are given yet the outcome cannot be determined. So while sure he is part of that world now and kinda in ctontrol, he can still mess everything up - and he does, to show "The Ruler" it was a bad idea to be so mean to him :> - # an escalation i did not expect when i started with "make a nerd that annoys Sennion"
- oh and now he's def involved in the death of Cyan and her resurrection.... but that's for somewhen else :3c

The Chaos is the manifestation of chaos, which has been forcefully extracted out of Raikym by The Ruler. While it itself wasn't a lifeform, by random chance it started to develop an own will which The Ruler wasn't able to control.
After being ripped apart once, it tried to hide within Raikym by making a deal with and then slipping into bodies of dying beings.
It is currently residing within a human body and goes by the name Signum.

Design Details
- The numbers on its 'tail' seem to change.
- Small, triangle like particles are being emitted from the 'fire'.
- Paper-like sheets sometimes fall out of its body. As soon as they hit the ground, they first turn into dark sludge before eventually evaporating.
- The checker-mark on its neck seems to be irregular and changes from time to time.
Trivia
- This form is the most stable form the chaos can take by itself. It is impossible to completely surppress its changes due to its chaotic nature.

Strength:
Being chaos itself, it can manage to disobey some of the world rules. This includes changes odds of events happening within Raikym.
From influencing simple number generators (like for gambling related machines) to even whether someone will be able to come back to life - anything is possible. The chance of success, however, decreases depending on how strong the event would defy the natural laws of the world.

Due to being chaos itself, randomizing items or mentioning a random word or number is the easiest it can do.
It is the truest randomness you will ever get to experience.
