The main bartender at a bar called The Monkey's Paw. It might look like a regular bar at first, but a sorcerer once cast a spell on it, and it's rumored that the bar has some magical properties.
The Monkey's Paw only appears to those who are at rock-bottom in their lives. Someone will walk by feeling bad and then notice a door they've never seen before, a plain wooden door on the side of a plain building with a equally plain sign above it, reading
"The Monkey's Paw
where your greatest wishes become reality"

Anyone who makes a wish inside of the bar will have it granted. No one is allowed to know of the bar's wish-granting spell, but everyone who comes in wants something, and it's always only a matter of time before they drunkenly mutter the phrase: "I wish..."
