Mimic

Evolved to mimic the lizards that are exceedingly abundant in their habitat. They can change the colors of their extremities, but their body always remains black. One of their best defenses when faced with other creatures is to mimic the fearsome red lizard--few dare to attack even a "youth" red. They can use their tongue to grab items, though it is mostly only useful for grabbing just out of reach fruits or batflies.
