WFC (Write for Character)
- 3 sentence minimum
- entry should be about the character you want
- post WFC entries in the comments

OR 

DFC (Draw for Character)
- minimum of an uncolored bust
- traditional or digital fine
- can hold for up to 2 weeks
- please don't start art until we've commented that the character will be on hold/pending for you
- art should be of the character you want
- send finished art to character's gallery or post in comments
