Important note: Since I am inactive, I can only assume that you are respecting the TOS I have set up. Please do not break my TOS just because I don't use my socials anymore.

GENERAL TOS AND WARNINGS

.  If I draw for you, whether it be out of fun or a commission, you can use it for whatever personal use.

.  You may only use my art/designs for PERSONAL USE. 

.  DO NOT use my work to promote any type of hate speech.

.  I must be able to see the designs I have created at all times. Please notify me if you put them on auth only / hidden

DESIGN AND CHARACTER RIGHTS

.  Do not sell my design for more than you purchased/received them for unless there is added value in the form of art. (i.e if you got them for free do not try to sell them for cash or trade them for another character).
> You can include your art in the worth of the character, I don't mind.

.  You may change certain design aspects such as outfit, eye colour, skin colour (in the case it's not whitewashing), but please make the design recognizable to the original.

.  Please credit me as the original designer and artist even if the design has been altered.

.  Please DO NOT delete character profiles and reupload them. Keep everything credited to me.

.  You do not have permission to reference my designs at all. 

BLACKLIST

These people can't own any of my designs, they also may not own any of my art. Please don't trade, sell, or give them any of the designs I have created.
