DO NOT buy from me if you only want to scalp my designs stealing and redistributing my designs as your own will result in blacklisting.

• - Do not add extra rules to my designs when passing them to another owner.
• - Do not resell my designs for more than you bought them for unless personal or paid, commissioned art was made for them. "Payment", gifted, and traded art do not count towards monetary worth. You are responsible for keeping track of your character's worth.
• - Don't feature my designs in works that include bigotry, hate, or s*xual acts with minors. You will be blacklisted.
• - Don't copy my designs 1:1. It's okay to take inspiration but don't steal a design.
• - You cannot claim credit for my designs at any given time. Please credit me when it is due. If hosting on toyhouse, please credit my toyhouse @ tazmilly (https://toyhou.se/tazmilly)
• - reselling, trading, and gifted is permitted at any time during ownership of my designs. Given that you follow the rules above
• - If you have questions, please contact me at any time and I will respond as soon as I can.

Personal usage is allowed!

• - editing the design*, changing the species**, gender, biography, and/or story. Adding extra forms or alt palettes is allowed as long as they are all traded, sold, or gifted together as it's still the same character.
• - * I don't have any restrictions for redesigns as long as it's not a complete overhaul. They should still be somewhat recognizable.
• - ** Designs of mine that were voided from a species may not be turned back into that species. Please respect individual species TOS. That being said, please ASK before converting a design of mine into a CS design.
• - uploading social media, character hosting sites, or personal websites.
• - Using as profile pictures, avatars, backgrounds, wallpapers, or other private/personal contexts.
• - prints or merchandise for yourself or as a gift.

Commercial usage of my designs is prohibited

Only new artwork created by the design OWNER can be used commercially in the following instances as long as I am properly credited:

• - published virtual works that feature the design such as video games, music albums, webcomics, and written works.
• - Using the design to promote the owner's created content.

Prohibited Commercial usages include:

• - mass producing and creating physical merchandise that features the design including:
• -Vtubing
• -selling clothing, accessories, toys, keychains, stickers, etc.
