Harlan is the type of bloom who doesn't know when to stop. He's persistent beyond belief, rarely stopping until he reaches whatever goal he's set for himself. He also has quite the mouth on him, which tends to get him in trouble. However, he's a very smooth talker and can easily charm his way out of a rough situation. He functions primarily in extremes- being that he either thinks very highly or very lowly of someone, depending on his mood.
